On Beach Time (extra large) Bag Holder and Dispenser

Life is better at the beach!  This extra large handmade plastic bag holder has a hanger made with complementing decorative elastic to allow for a bit of stretching to fit over large doorknobs. Elastic bottom holds the bags in while allowing for easy dispensing. 

Approx 9" x 21".

100% cotton (plus elastic), machine wash, tumble dry.
