Refund policy

If you are dissatisfied with your product in any way, please contact me as soon as you can and explain the problem!  I can be reached via email (prayermadecrafts@gmail.com) or via Messenger (@prayermadecrafts). 

Order Cancellation:  The order can be cancelled at any time up until the shipment takes place.  If you provide an email ID, you will receive notification of shipping.  Once I ship it, unfortunately the order is fulfilled and it becomes a return.

Returns/Exchanges:  If something was damaged during shipping, please contact me within three business days of receipt, and if possible, include a picture. 

If you wish to return or exchange something because you’ve changed your mind, don’t like it, or whatever reason you may have for returning something that is not damaged, contact me within five days of receipt.

If the item is damaged or becomes damaged soon after receipt (30 days), contact me.  Let me know if you prefer a return, an exchange, or a repair (if possible), as well as what the issue is.  Damage caused by the buyer (such as stains, cutting of yarn) is not covered.

Return Procedure:

Once you contact me, I will generate a shipping label for USPS or UPS and send it to you at my cost (I can email the PDF for you to print and affix to the package, or send the label via USPS).  If you prefer a different shipping method, the return will be at your cost.  A refund or exchange will not be issued until I receive the item.  Once the item is received, a refund will be issued within two business days.

Refunds:

Refunds will be handled using the same method as the purchase.  Credit card purchases will have a refund applied to the same credit card used for the purchase.  PayPal and Google Pay purchases will have a refund applied to the same account as that used to purchase the item.

If the return window has expired, please still contact me about the issue, as I may still be able to work something out.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable): 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact me. 

Sale items (if applicable): 
Sale items will be refunded at the sale price, and not the regular price. 

ANY CHANGES OR EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY WILL BE MUTUTALLY AGREED UPON AND IN WRITING.
