Sparkly Red & White Bag Holder and Dispenser

Red and white with silvery sparkles, this handmade plastic bag holder has a hanger made of white yarn with silver sparkle to allow for a bit of stretching to fit over large doorknobs.  Elastic bottom holds the bags in while allowing for easy dispensing.
